Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to the Lexy app published by Sug&Pep Studios. By using Lexy you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lexy. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account.

Your content

Your notes and recordings belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and transfer them only as needed to run the app, for example to transcribe a recording you chose to transcribe or to back up your notes. Do not record people without the permission the law in your country requires, and do not use Lexy for anything unlawful.

Transcription

Transcripts are produced automatically by an AI provider and may contain mistakes. Check important transcripts before relying on them. Monthly transcription limits apply: 30 minutes on the free plan and 300 minutes with Premium. Unused minutes don't carry over.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is sold through Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel
• Cancel any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Prices, free trials and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies
• After Premium ends, notes you backed up remain downloadable and deletable

Ads

The free plan shows ads from Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Lexy available and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. Keep copies of anything critical. We may change or discontinue features and will update these terms when needed; continuing to use Lexy after a change means you accept the new terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Sug&Pep Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Lexy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Ending your use

You can stop using Lexy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
